Recently, I had the pleasure of photographing Lucy, a remarkable woman whose session was as unique as her life. Accompanied by her hype girl, Lucy’s day in the studio was a celebration of who she is and the things she loves. She planned ahead and brought some personal props that really show her hobbies and personality.
While my hair and makeup artists worked her magic, Lucy and I dove into conversation about the outfits she had brought along. It was important for her session to reflect her true self, and she nailed it with her selections. Lucy is a fascinating blend of grit and grace; she works with horses and is an aerial dancer.
